Fear robs us of confidence and steals our courage. This course will help you identify what your greatest fears are, how to detox them from your thoughts and how to face your fears every day so that you increase your confidence and courage exponentially.
On the coin on confidence there are two sides: mindset and heartset. This course explores heartset, the often ignored, yet imperatively important part of confidence and successful dream-chasing. You will learn what heartset it, how to train it and how to leverage it to be one of your most powerful personal advantages.
This course will teach you how to get off the busy bus in your life so that you can step out of overwhelm and live without heightened levels of stress in your life. The busy bus is dangerous - it steals our sense of control, drives us into a world of comparison and creates a constant state of inadequacy and time scarcity. In this course you'll learn how the busy bus tricks us to get on it, how to say "no" to it and how to create habits in your life that will teach you how to live free from feeling constantly behind or constantly on the go.

One of the most derailing things to our confidence can be the feeling of being lost or uncertain of where you want to go and what you want to do. This course on Tapping into Your Purpose will give you clarity and direction on where you want to go and on what you want to do with your life and your legacy.
The essence of perfectionism is it a form of self-abuse and impossible standards that never stop. It sets you up to strive and to get obsessed with the grind so that ultimately you lose your life and your joy in exchange for achievement or control. Part of the structure of the Perfectionism Detox Course is to help you slow down so that you can live with more mental control and emotional joy and freedom. On the other side of perfectionism is peace, and when we feel alive in peace, our natural confidence rises too – so let’s go change that peace. This course includes the 14-Day Perfectionism Detox process as well as three additional coaching modules and exercises specifically around various manifestations and expressions of perfectionism. After you complete this course you will confidently be able to say that you are in “recovery” for perfectionism.

This course will help you identify and then uproot any self-sabotaging behaviors that are keeping you from the life you really want for yourself. It addresses not just the behaviors, but the mindset behind the behaviors too. In order to walk free from self-sabotage, it is important to understand the emotional reasons why those behaviors have been an important part of our life and coping in the first place.
